This is a blog for an experiment I'm performing between September 10, 2011 and March 10, 2012. The purpose of the experiment is to see if exercising 20 minutes a day without changing the food intake will make any significant difference to my fitness level.

New page with weekly metrics charts
I have added a new page with three charts showing data I update once a week:
Weight - Includes both total weight and fat weight
Body - Includes waist, chest and upper arm measures
Blood Pressure - Systolic and Disatolic blood pressure
