This is a blog for an experiment I'm performing between September 10, 2011 and March 10, 2012. The purpose of the experiment is to see if exercising 20 minutes a day without changing the food intake will make any significant difference to my fitness level.

Happy New Year!
It's been a very nice Christmas and now I'm looking forward to a nice New Year's eve.
Anyway, charts are updated. Since I noticed I've been running less and doing more of gym exercise I have also included a chart showing this trend.
